Every visit to Pattaya we like to stay here. The hotel is fairly clean with exceptional services and good food. The staff is helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs.

The venue is placed in a central position on the pick-up buses.

The units are normal double with balcony. The staff are very pleasant and the location is good near everything.

Absolutely great and straightforward place, budget rooms. Units with balcony. A wide range of nice food. Great location close to LK metro in a busy area. Besides, easy to get to a shopping mall.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on face. The location in a crowded area was marvellous and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby.

The location is excellent, and the staff is excellent. What's more, it's not too far away from the heart of the city. They serve outstanding food, have a good choice of options to choose from.

We stayed at a newish building in a quiet area. The room at Malee Pattaya 3 was good-sized and clean, with a decent bathroom. It covered all the basics and was reasonably priced. The food at the hotel was tasty and well-priced as well. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. We appreciated being able to walk into the city easily. There were plenty of bars, music venues, and massage studios nearby. The subway was also accessible.

I stayed at Malee Pattaya 3 for a month and had no complaints. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was very reasonable for a basic, no frills room with air conditioning. The hotel is in a great location, close to all that is going on, but quiet at night. The restaurant downstairs serves cheap and delicious food, and there are plenty of other dining options nearby. The free pool table was a nice bonus, and the room was comfortable with clean towels provided daily.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
